We are looking for a Flutter Developer who can take ownership of the development, performance, and reliability of our mobile application across Android and iOS. The role requires strong production experience with Flutter and Dart, combined with practical knowledge of native iOS development. You will work on application architecture, state management, API integrations, real-time communication, performance optimization, platform-specific functionality, and production releases. You should be comfortable working on complex mobile applications where responsiveness, reliability, maintainability, and efficient client-server communication are important. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and other engineering team members to develop and continuously improve the application.

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS.
- Implement efficient state management, reusable UI components, REST API integrations, and real-time WebSocket communication.
- Develop and integrate native iOS functionality using Swift, Xcode, platform channels, and native SDKs.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, memory usage, and stability across devices.
- Implement authentication, push notifications, background tasks, local storage, and secure data handling.
- Debug and resolve complex Flutter and iOS-specific issues, including crashes and performance bottlenecks.
- Manage application builds, testing, code signing, TestFlight, and App Store releases.
- Collaborate with backend developers and designers to deliver reliable, maintainable, production-ready features.
- 3+ years of professional Flutter and Dart development experience, excluding internships, with production applications.
- Strong proficiency in Flutter architecture, state management (preferably Riverpod), asynchronous programming, Streams, and Futures.
- Hands-on native iOS development experience with Swift, Xcode, iOS SDKs, and Flutter platform channels.
- Proven experience integrating REST APIs, WebSockets, Firebase, push notifications, and third-party SDKs.
- Experience with iOS app lifecycle, permissions, background execution, code signing, and App Store deployment.
- Ability to diagnose and optimize CPU usage, memory consumption, rendering performance, and application crashes.
- Solid understanding of mobile security, Git workflows, clean architecture, and maintainable code.
- Experience building real-time, high-concurrency, or media-intensive mobile applications is an advantage.

- Experience working with high-traffic, real-time, media, communication, or data-intensive mobile applications will be an advantage. Experience writing or maintaining custom Flutter plugins and deeper knowledge of native iOS frameworks will also be preferred.
